Rev. Jumanne B. Bradford, Co-Founder

Educator, Mentor, Youth Pastor, and Entrepreneur.

Rev. Bradford is a dynamic professional public speaker, author, and leadership guru. He has earned a B.S. in Biology from Morehouse College, MDiv from Lancaster Capital Seminary & Graduate School, and has obtained numerous training and certifications in areas of health, STEM, and leadership.

Mr. Sherman Ellegood, Jr., Co-Founder

Sherman Ellegood Jr. is a product of Washington, DC area and Prince George’s County Public Schools (Duval High School).  He went on to Morgan State University where he was a member of several organizations, such as the marching band and wind ensemble, the Promethean yearbook staff, and the student government association as an assistant comptroller.  In addition, he worked as an assistant resident director on campus until his gradation in the fall of 2005 with a degree in Accounting.   Mr. Ellegood went on to attain dual masters degrees from the American College of Education in the Area of Education Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction. 

In 2007, Mr. Ellegood followed his passion for helping and encouraging others and became an educator in the public school system.  He currently has 13 years of service and serves as an administrator at a local high school.   It was also that same passion that gave Mr. Ellegood the courage to start Simon Studies, a tutoring and mentoring business, he named after his son and most recently co-founding a non-profit focusing on mentoring the youth of Washington, DC. area.   Mr. Ellegood is passionate about his faith, his family, and his work and strives to be a positive influence to those he comes in contact with.
